Always great service and food here! Takes sometime to get your food but it always comes out piping hot and crispy and that makes it worth it! Wish they had $1 drafts like the one up in Denver, would have been 5 stars if they did! Mango habanero is the best!!

Go-to wing place that has excellent Louisiana Rub and Hot wings. Service is very spotty. I order afetr I land at DIA on my way home to pick-up and I'm never really sure what I have gotten until I get home and open it up and eat.

Ate here once. Wasn't too impressed but it wasn't horrible. Service was good, but this place is a bit spendy. I just prefer BWW's style, flavors, and atmosphere way better.

Coming here was a mistake I'll only make once. We decided to give this place a shot on Sunday night. I was planning on making wings, but I just couldn't after the Broncos/Seahawks upset. So, we thought we'd give this a try based on the reviews but man did I have a different experience than most of these reviewers -- don't know if things have changed here or if we have different standards. But I don't normally give 1-star reviews, so I'll elaborate. FOOD: Just because I make my own wings at home does not make me a wing snob. All it takes is a good sauce, crispy skin and juicy meat. I have gone to BDubs and really enjoy their dry rub. And I've had them from other establishments -- to-go and dine in. We ordered the bone-in Honey BBQ, Original Hot and Louisiana Dry Rub with a side of cheese sauce (to go with homemade pretzels we had at home) and blu cheese (for veggies we had at home and the wings). The cut of the wings had a good amount of meat. So, I can appreciate that. But everything else was mediocre to disgusting. They also weren't packaged well for to-go. I only live 5 minutes (2.3 miles) away, and my husband literally inhaled what he did eat of the wings because he said they were "just warm" when I got home and getting colder by the minute -- and I was there waiting for the order so it wasn't like they were sitting around. Original Hot: These hardly got eaten. I had one, but it was too greasy for me to eat any more of. My husband only had a few before the grease in the sauce, the dryness of the meat and the soggyness/fattiness of the skin just were too much. There was so much grease from these that when I pulled the box out of the bag in the car to check my order, the grease spilled out of the container and all over my car (which is now stained -- however, I wouldn't detract that from how they taste if they were good). Louisiana Dry Rub: The spices are great but were offset by the fact that 60 percent of them were covered in grease and sauce from the Original Hot. They were put not just in the same to-go box as the Original Hot sauced ones but under them, too -- making them soggy and greasy. The ones that weren't effected had a pretty crispy skin though and were by far the best thing in the bag. Honey BBQ: I didn't have any of these, but my husband ate them. The sauce on these is THICK -- almost like a molasses consistency. It was just too much for me to even attempt. And he complained about them being really dried out. Dips: The cheese was good for dipping pretzels in. I think they use it on their fries. It's not real cheese though, which I wasn't expecting anyways. And can't vouch for the blu cheese because they gave me ranch (which I don't like). [And for the record -- unless you let your wings sit and marinate in a sauce, spices or brine (which is pretty much worthless because there's so little meat -- I've researched it and tried it) you can't give them more flavor.] SERVICE: I ordered our meal online. Easy ordering. Everyone there was really friendly even though they were slammed. However, they gave me ranch instead of blu cheese -- $5 worth of ranch. And there's the catastrophe of the packing -- which I feel was a common sense kind of thing. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered until it was ready. But it was Sunday night during football season. Totally reasonable. LOCATION: Everything seemed really clean. Decor is cute. Love the plane theme. There are a few tables and two televisions if you're going to eat there. PRICE: $25 for 30 bone-in. Normally, I'd say great price. But considering we didn't even eat half the wings and won't be reheating them for leftovers, meh. And you can either get a regular size dip for .99 cents (which isn't enough for a dozen wings) or a large for $5 (which is way too much). I was willing to pay it though and figured I'd use it on salads -- unfortunately, I didn't even get what I ordered. $5 is too much to pay for anything I don't eat. OVERALL: It is possible that the problems I had could be attributed to the fact I was a to-go order. However, I haven't had these problems with other places I've ordered wings to-go at. But it's possible that was a contributing factor to my bad experience. I will not ever be ordering wings from them to-go again though. If you do, I would recommend telling them to put each flavor in its own box and open all your containers in the shop to make sure everything is correct.

We chose to come to wing stop today craving buffalo wings and saw that they had 60 cent boneless wings. That's an awesome deal and hopefully that never goes away! I wish they had a wider selection of sauces, like Buffalo Wild Wings does. But their mild sauce is the perfect amount of spice. The wings could have been a little more coated with sauce though. They were a good size and the chicken was juicy. As for the restaurant, it was very small. Like, reeeeally small. So pick up/ to go is definitely the way to go. I would choose BWW over this place though. Wing stop was just closer today.

I tried Wingstop last night for the first and last time. Usually when I get wings I get them extra crispy because of the skin. I got extra crispy at Wingstop and because the wings were so small the meat was dried out and burnt. Will never eat there again.

Disappointing. Came here once several months ago and were really disappointed with the bread:chicken ratio of the boneless wings as well as the sauce. Craved Buffalo Wild Wings but didn't feel like driving so far, so we gave it another shot tonight. $11 for a combo is pretty pricey but we were hoping it would be worth it. I ordered mild, bone-in with cheese fries and didn't even eat half my order. The cheese is really gross, and the fries weren't even very good on their own. I did like that I could choose to have only flat or only drum sticks but I wish there was an option for a normal amount of sauce. I could not taste the sauce AT ALL. There were greasy looking remnants at the bottom of the box, but I tasted chicken and bleu cheese. Too bad because the wings are crispy and juicy. My husband's boneless are alright, but way too much breading and again-very little sauce/flavor. We will not be back.

I think this place is a little pricey for wings, but I've always been satisfied with my orders. I usually order online and pick it up, eliminating any wait. The place is a little on the small side, so I've never tried to dine-in. During big sports events, order early. During the superbowl there was over a 2hr wait for people who didnt order ahead.

The wings are good! Love their mango habanero and garlic parmesan. The staff always seems very polite and composed, especially when it's busy. The only thing bad about this location is that it is very small and the parking is so limited! I always call ahead for pick up.

This more of a tip...do not come new years eve. They've got people standing in a line just for a call ahead, paid for pick up order. I'm so upset right now this place is packed as in a long line and no one seated.

I've been a Wing Stop fan since 1998 when we moved to TX. This location is true to what I've grown to love about this place- good service and great food! I've tried just about every wing they make, bone in and boneless, flavors, etc and my hands down favorite is the Louisiana Dry Rub, has to be bone in, dipped in plenty of the ATOMIC sauce!!!!! (if you like it hot, you're in for a treat!) The fries are less seasoned than the ones in TX, but ask for extra seasoning on them, and dip them in their house made honey mustard and you'll be in love! This is THE place to get wings.... don't waste your time with BWW!

Its ok... not a bad place. I had a 4 different types of wings with the family... two of them were kinda dry. Buffalo Wild Wings is still my favorite.

Very average wings served up by very friendly help. We stopped in yesterday before the Superbowl rush for the wings and fries that my husband was craving. We settled on the 15 wing combo, which included homemade fries and two drinks for 15.99$. We choose the BBQ and Cajun wings (cooked well-done please!) and the blue cheese and honey mustard sauce. The 2-choices per wings/sauces were standard, and for $.50 more you can sub-divide the wings into more choices. The wings were served rather quickly (faster than the 17 minutes we were repeatedly promised). The BBQ wings were tasty, with the right amount of tangy, spice (but not spicy) and brown sugar sweetness. The wings had an average amount of meat on them, and the skin was done nice and crispy. Frankly, I'd recommend always ordering crispy wings, as the sauce really softens up the skin. The cajun sauce was not my favorite. I won't say they weren't good, its just that they weren't my thing. Our fries were served piping hot, which gets Wingstop big bonus points, but they were sooooo salty that we had to return them. We just couldn't eat them. To their credit, the staff easily agreed to exchange them for fresh fries. The service (for a counter service joint!) was by far the best thing about the place. IMO, there are better wings in CoS and Wingstop is just an average place, but I could see how Wingstop could make it on someone's usual rotation if they lived in the area.

Good sauce flavoring, but the boneless wings are not as crispy as I would like. But then again I'm used to Buffalo Wild Wings. Only certain locations will deliver which is a nice plus.

Some of the best wings in Colorado Springs. Be sure to say hi to Gary!

Their wings have an acceptable amount of meat on them. Their sauces are flavorful and satisfying. My favorites are the original hot and garlic parmesan. Everyone rants and raves about their fries. They are nothing to write home about. 5 Guys has better fries. This store also serves beer if you choose to dine-in. If you want to pack on even more calories, you can waddle your way to the Baskin Robbins next door after your meal here. Now to the bad. Nothing against this location, since they adhere to franchise standards. The wings are reasonably priced and cooked well. If you want to order anything else, like chicken strips for the kids, the order will break your wallet. Extremely overpriced for what you get. The workers there are friendly and they have never messed up my phone-in order. I give 3 stars since the only thing that I like here is their wings. Sides and other options are nothing special. Still, I plan on eating more of their wings whenever I get a craving.

The wings are average the sauce choices are very limited and the boneless wings are inconsistent. They are fast which is the upside for takeout. I would not Recommend this place if You are a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Loved the wings. Not really a fan of dry wings, but the parmesan garlic was awesome! The original hot was not too bad and the honey barbecue was great. Overall great wings as compared to Buffalo Wild Wings.

This is my first trip to Wing Stop. We had the bone and boneless wings. We had 6 different flavors and were impressed with the taste. Most wing places toss their wings with vinegar to get the coating to stick. WIng Stop prepares their sauces on the wings to get the flavor in the meat. My group of 3 ate 28 wings and fries. The food was good and warm, we could not stop. This feast made the walk back to the car slow and we were full.

I've only been there once, and I don't know how well the staff is because it was take out. My experience: Being new to Colorado, from New York, and being a wing freak I wanted to try some of the local places. I ordered 12 piece bone-in, half were original hot, the other half Louisiana rub. First I open container and instantly notice how small the wings were. They're not much different than the size of wings from Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings. The flavor of the Original Hot were good, but they seem to have slacked on the amount of sauce they put on so they were a little dry. The Louisiana Rub tasted plain. Overall the wings were disappointing, but I did like the flavor of the Original Hot, and their creamy ranch. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Also the place was very hard to find, especially my first time in the area, and at night, there was no sign lit, and it was in the back of a row of other restaurants. I won't return to this place for not only the reasons stated above, but also they are a little more expensive that other places and not worth the drive.

Bad food. French fries were gritty, like they weren't washed. Felt sick after eating wings on two separate occasions. I will never go there again.

Fantastic bone-in wings, a great staff and a consistently great tasting meal. Lemon Pepper and Original is a yummy combination.

These are the best wings ever!! I live an hour drive away and haven't found any in Denver that taste nearly as good. When I'm in Colorado Springs, I try to stop here. These wings are moist, fresh, and flavorful. I always order the boneless. My kids love the fries. You can eat there, or just order food to go. Today, it took 9 minutes to prepare my order, so it's not a long wait. Today, the servers were really nice and even gave my children tiny toys (wooden airplanes) to assemble and take home.
